This recipe—ready in less than half an hour—has so much flavor, it actually makes your eyes pop open a bit. I forgot to top the stir fry with sliced scallions for the pic, but I think you should try not to make that same little mistake.

The Ingredients needed to make 30 minute stir fry:
  1. Prepare 4 of chicken thighs
  2. You need 1 of red pepper
  3. Prepare 1 of large handful of mushrooms
  4. It’s 1 packet of Pak choi
  5. It’s 3 of nests of dry noodles
  6. You need of Glug of oyster sauce
  7. Prepare of Glug of Soy sauce
  8. You need of Coconut spray oil or similar

Korean Beef Stir Fry is made all in one pan. No need to make a huge mess in the kitchen and have loads of dishes to do. In my imaginary perfect world, I would cook I love how you used ground beef in this Korean beef stir fry! Such an easy chicken stir fry that your family will want again and again.

Step to make 30 minute stir fry:
  1. Spray a small wok pan with coconut or other spray oil and heat.
  2. Roughly chop the chicken thighs and add to the pan when hot. Cook for ten minutes turning when browned.
  3. Chop the pepper and mushrooms and Pak Choi.
  4. When chicken is cooked remove from pan and set aside. Add a glug of oyster sauce and soy sauce.
  5. Add pepper and mushrooms to the pan and stir fry for 5 minute
  6. Return the chicken to the pan with the pak Choi on top to cook down.
  7. Bring a small pan of water to simmer and add the nests of noodle Simmer for 4 minutes or according to packet instruction
  8. Drain noodle Add noodles and stir fry to a plate. Enjoy.
