The Ingredients need to make Beef Stew (Бефстроганов):

1. You need 700 grams of beef / veal
2. You need 3 of onion
3. It’s 1 liter of flour
4. Prepare 200 grams of sour cream
5. You need 200 grams of water
6. You need 1 of salt

Step to make Beef Stew (Бефстроганов):

1. Wash and cut the meat into medium slice Fry on a pan with oil and put on a separate plate. Leave the pan with meat juice and oil for the next step / Мясо вымыть , нарезать средними пластинками , обжарить в сковороде на подсолнечном масле и сложить в казан.
