The Ingredients needed to make Masala Cereal Bread:
  1. Prepare of cereal bread
  2. You need of medium red onion
  3. Prepare of medium tomato
  4. You need of green bell pepper
  5. You need of red bell pepper
  6. You need of yellow bell pepper
  7. Prepare of grated ginger
  8. You need of grated garlic
  9. Prepare of finely chopped green chilli
  10. Prepare of cumin seeds
  11. Prepare of turmeric powder
  12. You need of red chilli powder(optional)
  13. Prepare of cumin powder
  14. It’s of ketchup
  15. Prepare of vegetable oil
  16. You need of chopped cilantro
  17. It’s of Salt
Step to make Masala Cereal Bread:
  1. Cut the breads into square shape. Chop the bell peppers and tomato roughly. Finely chop the onion.
  2. In the non-stick pan heat oil and add grated ginger-garlic ane saute for 30 second Then add chopped onion and saute well. The flame should be medium.
  3. After 2-3 minutes add tomato and mix well. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cumin powder. Also add salt to taste. Now cook them until the raw smell from the spices are gone.
  4. Add the chopped bell peppers and mix well. After 3-4 minutes add ketchup and mix well.
  5. Then add the cut bread pieces and mix well. Low the flame and cook for sometime so that the spices will be mixed into bread. Lastly add cilantro and mix well. Switch off the flame and serve it hot.
