The Ingredients needed to make Asian salad (vegan):
  1. You need 1/2 pack of rice vermicelli, cooked and rinced (cold)
  2. It’s 2 of large carrots, cut in julienne
  3. Prepare 1 of green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  4. It’s 1 of small english cucumber, thinly sliced
  5. You need 1/2 of lettuce head or nappa cabbage head, minced
  6. You need 1 block of vegetable firm tofu, diced (I used Soyarie brand)
  7. Prepare 8 teaspoon of unsalted chopped peanuts or cashew
  8. You need to taste of Fresh ground black pepper
  9. Prepare to taste of Asian sesame dressing (I used Le Grec brand)

Its a fresh, crunchy and crazy delicious side dish. Marinated and Baked Tofu over Crunchy Greens, Peppers, Cucumber and This salad is perfect for the warm weather. Serve it with warm just baked tofu, or cold prebaked Tofu. Vegan Asian carrot Salad made with thin slivers of cucumbers, avocados and carrots, topped with a creamy home made ginger carrot sesame dressing, toasted sesame seeds and Sriracha.

Step to make Asian salad (vegan):
  1. Separate all ingrediemts in 4 plate
  2. Sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper.
  3. Drizzle with asian dressing.
  4. Serve with hot imperial rolls or eggrolls on the side.
  5. Enjoy!
