The Ingredients needed to make Crawfish Etouffee:
  1. You need 1 of Onion
  2. Prepare 2 lb of La Peeled Crawfish
  3. Prepare 2 stick of Butter
  4. Prepare 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  5. It’s 1 can of Cream of Celery soup
Step to make Crawfish Etouffee:
  1. Melt butter in Stock pot. Add onions and Cook till onions appear clear.
  2. Add Crawfish and soups and a can of water
  3. Place on low heat and simmer for 30 min
  4. Season to taste. I use Cajun Seasoning.
  5. Serve over Rice.
