  7. Wait for beef filling to cool before adding to pastry case.
  8. Roll out remaining pastry for top of pie. And cover pie dish. Make a few small holes in the top with a knife.
  9. Use egg or milk to glaze pie.
  10. Bake in oven for 30-40 mins or until golden on top.
  11. Serve with mashed potatoes, chips or wedge
