  10. It’s 1/2 cup of Bread Crumbs
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of Cornflour
  12. Prepare 3-4 tbsp of Rice flour
  13. Prepare As needed of Oil for frying

These Aloo Paneer Tikkis are North Indian style cutlets which are made healthy with oats and will satisfy your chaat craving So I made these healthy aloo paneer tikkis to make do.   4. Take a golf ball size mixture in hand and make small tikkis from the mixture.
  5. Heat griddle at 350 degree C and grease it with oil.
  6. Place tikkis on it and start cooking until it turns golden in colour. Flip it to other side and cook.
  7. Take out on an absorbent paper.
  8. Serve hot with grated onion, diakon(radish) and tamarind and green coriander chutney.
