The Ingredients need to make Thai Style Steamed Siakap:
- It’s of Siakap Fish
- You need of lemon grass
- You need of chopped garlic
- You need of limes for lime juice
- You need of Birds eye chilli padi
- It’s of fish sauce
- You need of sugar
- It’s of water
Step to make Thai Style Steamed Siakap:
- Clean fish and pat dry. Slit the side body fish to allow the fish cooked evenly. Marinate the fish with a pinch of salt.
- Insert 2 stalks lemon grass under the belly of fish. Steam the fish in high heat for 12 minute Discard the left over steaming water in the plate. Or you can transfer the fish to a nicer plate.
- Mix all the sauce ingredient Let the sauce boil in a sauce pan. Pour the hot sauce on the fish.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander and serve.
