5. Prepare 1/4 cup of confectioners sugar
6. You need 1/2 tsp of pure peppermint extract
7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

9. It’s 1/2 cup of shaved Chocolate Peppermint candys , I used Andes Mints

1. MAKE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT MOUSSE FROSTING
2. Have broken chocolate candys in a large bowl
3. Heat heavy cream to a simmer, either in microwave or on stove top. Pour hot cream over candys and let sit 1 minute then stir until smooth. Chill uncovered until very cold, at least 3 hour
