The Ingredients needed to make Vegetable Beef Stew (Crockpot):

  2. Prepare 1 of 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  3. Prepare 1 can of of corn drained
  4. It’s 1 can of of cut green beans drained and green beans cut it half
  5. You need 3 of carrots cut in small pieces
  6. It’s 6 of small potatoes peeled and cubed (I used red potatoes and left the skin on)
  7. Prepare 1 of medium onion chopped
  8. You need 2 of Lawrys beef stew season packets (I just used the Great Value brand from Wal-Mart)
  9. Prepare 1 1/2 lb of stew meat cubed (beef)
  10. Prepare 1 of Water (put enough water to fill a large 7 quart crockpot)
Step to make Vegetable Beef Stew (Crockpot):
  1. Put everything in the crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hour Serve with Jiffy cornbread.
  2. Another option is to cook on high for 1 hour and then turn to low for another 6 to7 hours, but this is optional.
