  11. Use a Japanese omelette frying pan or small frying pan. Heat some vegetable oil and pour in the [10] mixture and make it flat and even.
  12. Cover with aluminum foil and cook over low heat for 6-7 minute
  13. Once the edges are set, flip onto a plate.

  15. Slide the omelette back into the pan and cook for a further 5 minute
  16. Transfer the omelette onto a chopping board and cut into small piece Serve with grated daikon radish.
