  15. You need 1 tsp of Tobasco pepper sauce
  16. You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Step to make Jambalaya:
  1. Chop meat into cubes and place in separate bowls

  14. Bring to a low boil, then cover and turn down to a simmer
  15. Simmer cover for about 20 minutes
  16. After 20 minutes, turn off heat, let stand covered to 5 minutes
