The Ingredients need to make Egg-Free! Fluffy! Tofu Pancakes!:
- Prepare of ○Tofu (Silken, but if unavailable, firm tofu is fine)
- It’s of ○Milk
- You need of few drops ○Vanilla essence
- It’s of ●Cake flour
- It’s of ●Baking powder
- Prepare of ●Sugar
Step to make Egg-Free! Fluffy! Tofu Pancakes!:
- Mix all of the ● ingredients together with a whisk in circular motion
- Next, mix all of the ○ ingredients together. Keep mixing well until the batter is smooth.
- Now mix all the dry ingredients from Step 1, into what you made in Step 2 and mix until only slightly lumpy.
- Heat up some vegetable oil in a frying pan. Next place the heated frying pan on top of a damp cloth for three seconds and then return the frying pan to the burner.
- Pour the dough into the frying pan in a circular motion, cover with a lid, and then cook on low heat. Once bubbles form on the surface, flip it Once puffy and fluffed up, they are done.
