The Ingredients needed to make Pudina Chutney (Mint dips):
  1. You need bunch of pudina of A leaves ( mint leaves)
  2. You need 1 Teaspoon of Urad Dal
  3. It’s 2 of Green chillies
  4. You need 2 of chillies Red
  5. It’s to taste of Salt
  6. It’s to taste of Tamarind
  7. Prepare a few of Coriander leaves -
  8. Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon of Oil
  9. Prepare 1/2 Cup of coconut Grated ( optional)
Step to make Pudina Chutney (Mint dips):
  1. Heat the pudina leaves and coriander leaves in a kadai for a minute or two.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai in order to roast urad dal, green chillies and red chillie
  3. Grind the leaves,roasted dal and chillies alongwith tamarind and salt to a fine paste in a mixture grinder. Add a little water while grinding. You can add coconut also while grinding(optional)
  4. Pudina chutney is ready to be served.
