The Ingredients needed to make Party Appetiser Sandwich:

1. You need 1 of finely chopped tomato
2. Prepare 1 of finely chopped bell pepper
3. You need 8-10 of bread slices
4. You need 200 grams of creme cheese(at room temperature)
5. You need Handful of dill leaves
6. Prepare to taste of Sea salt
7. You need 1 teaspoon of red chilli flakes
8. You need 2 teaspoon of garlic powder
9. You need 1 tablespoon of oregano /Italian seasoning mix
10. You need 1 tablespoon of crushed black pepper
11. You need 8-10 of black olives deseeded and sliced in roundels
12. Prepare of Toothpicks to serve with

Step to make Party Appetiser Sandwich:

1. Slice the edges of the bread slices
2. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned besides olives rings
3. Mix them all very well and check for the seasoning, if it’s needs any adjustment
4. Now apply about 1-2 full of the mix on one side of a bread slice and cover with another
5. Slice the sandwich into bite sized pieces (finger food)
6. Prepare all the sandwiches similarly
7. If you are making these ahead of time, store them at this stage packed in boxes/zip lock bags
8. If serving immediately, arrange the sandwiches on the serving platter
9. Add a sliced olive ring on top of each and stick a toothpick
10. Enjoy these lovely treat with your guests!
