1. Cut water chestnuts into small pieces • mix water chestnuts +water + red syrup and leave 10 mins • mix red water chestnuts with tapioca flour and remove excess flour
2. Boil syrup sugar + water + pandan leaves
3. Boil water chestnut in boiling water until raise up and leave for few mins then remove and mix with with syrup to prevent stick
4. Make coconut milk sauce with coconut milk + water + salt + jackfruit bring to small boil
5. Put red rubies + syrup + coconut milk and ice • Done…!! 😋😋
