  5. It’s 1 Tsp of Cinnamon
  6. You need 1 Tsp of Salt
  7. Prepare 1 Tsp of Black Pepper
  8. Prepare of Sausage Patty
  9. You need 1/2 Lb of Ground Pork Sausage
  10. You need 1 Tsp of Salt
  11. You need 1 Tsp of Pepper
  12. Prepare of Egg w/ Cheese
  13. Prepare 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese
  14. It’s 1 of Large Egg
Step to make Keto Breakfast Sandwich:
  1. In a bowl whish 4 large eggs with 2 cups of Shredded Colby Jack Cheese and seasoning I use a cast iron burger press piece to pour egg mix into to form bun Cook until ready to flip and then flip and remove cast iron and continue to cook until firm.
  2. In a bowl mix ground pork sausage with seasoning and form pattie Cook until done all the way through.
  3. Cook an egg over medium and melt cheese over top. Then assemble the sandwich and enjoy!
