  2. It’s of Wheat flakes
  3. It’s of Pumpkin seeds
  4. Prepare of Sunflower seeds
  5. You need of Apples
  6. It’s of Blueberries
  7. You need of Chicory seeds
  8. Prepare of Greek yogurt
Step to make Healthy Breakfast:
  1. Wash apples and blueberries and put the blueberries aside
  2. Slice the apples into sizes of your choice.
  3. Get a bowl and put oat flakes, wheat flakes, pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds and Chicory seeds
  4. Put your washed blueberries and sliced apples
  5. Pour Greek yogurt into the bowl and enjoy 😋
