  8. You need 1 box of instant dry chocolate pudding
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt
  10. Prepare 1 cup of melted butter
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  12. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of sugar
  13. Prepare of mocha buttercream
  14. It’s 2 stick of softened butter
  15. You need 4 cup of powder sugar
  16. It’s 2 tbsp of milk
  17. It’s 1 tbsp of instant cappuccino mix
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  19. It’s 1 tbsp of cooled coffee
  20. You need 1 tbsp of instant coffee granules
  21. Prepare 1 pinch of salt
Step to make Mocha ButterCream~ Chocolate Pudding Espresso Cake ~:
  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. add all dry ingredients together in a bowl mix set aside
  3. add butter,sugar vanilla together best well on high speed for 2minuteadd in 1 egg at a time incorporating well. Now add in flour mix in 2 batches stopping scaping bowl, add in milk till well blended.
  4. spray two 8 round baking pans with cooking spray or desired baking pan bake 34-42 minutes let cool.if you use a spring form the baking time is a little longer than specified maybe 10minutes longer.
  5. mocha buttercream add softened butter, vanilla extract to a mixing bowl beat till fluffy. incorporate powder sugar, milk,pinch of salt, coffee cappuccino coffee mix. mix well refrigerate well cakes cool.
  6. cut cake in half add buttercream to center top of cake as desired. Enjoy!
  7. sprinkle top with cocoa powder..as liked.
