  8. Prepare 1 tsp of hot sauce
  9. You need 2 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  10. You need 1 tsp of ground all spice
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin

  1. Brown ground beef and garlic together. Place in crockpot.

  3. Stir to combine and add in bay leave
  4. Cover slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4- 5 hour Once done cooking, removed bay leave
  5. Serve over spaghetti noodles and top with cheese and red onion
