7. Prepare of Dark soy sauce
8. It’s 1 tsp of oyster sauce

Step to make Stew Chicken in Potato:

1. Pan fry chicken until the skin turns golden brown then set aside.
2. Saute garlic shallots and ginger together then the potatoes until potato turn golden brown then add the chicken.
3. Stir fry them well then add water, dark soy sauce, black pepper and oyster sauce. Mix well, cover and let it cook until ready.
