The Ingredients need to make Lamb Chop In Whisky Rosemary Sauce:
- It’s of WHISKY ROSEMARY SAUCE
- You need of dried rosemary
- Prepare of brown sugar
- You need of lamb shoulder chop
- You need of whisky
- You need of heinz tomato sauce
- Prepare of heinz chili sauce
- It’s of Worcestershire sauce
- You need of teriyaki sauce
- It’s of djorn mustard
- It’s of pounded shallot
- Prepare of pounded garlic
- Prepare of season
- Prepare of salt and black pepper
- It’s of ANGEL HAIR PASTA
- Prepare of angel hair paste
Step to make Lamb Chop In Whisky Rosemary Sauce:
- Pasta
- Bring water to a boul then add salt and angel hair pasta and simmer for 2 minute then drain and set aside
- Whisky rosemary sauce marinate
- Mix all ingredient
- Marinate lamb
- Put lamb on sauce and marinate for minimum 20 minute then drain and bake it
- Bake at 200 C for 15minute then turn over and baste and bake for another 15 minute
- Whisky rosemary sauce dressing
- Bring balance whisky rosemary sauce marinate to a boil then simmer for 3 minute till almost thicken
- Coat baked lamb shoulder chop and serve as it is
- Whisky rosemary pasta
- Toss the cooked angel hair pasta on the remaining whisky rosemary sauce
