The Ingredients need to make Alphonso mango kulfi:
  1. Prepare 2 cups of milk
  2. It’s 1 cup of mango puree
  3. You need 1 tsp of corn starch
  4. It’s 7-8 of saffron stands
  5. You need 2 tbsp of dry fruits
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup of condensed milk

Mango kulfi is a traditional, rich, and creamy frozen dessert from India. Mango kulfi is a delicious creamy dessert made with mango puree, condensed milk pistachio There will be no formation of ice crystals in this instant mango kulfi due to the high fats used. Step to make Alphonso mango kulfi:
  1. First heat milk in a heavy bottom pan. Continue to heat the milk in low medium flame for 5 to 6 min
  2. Meanwhile take 1 tbsp warm milk in a small bowl and add cornstarch and keep aside. Likewise soak saffron strands in 1 tsp milk in another bowl and keep aside
  3. Now add condensed milk soaked saffron strands to the milk and mix well cook for 5 mins stirring occasionally.(you can use evaporated milk instead of condensed milk)
  4. As and when a thick malai layer forms on the top of the milk remove it and add it back to the milk. Now add dry fruits and mix well.
  5. Let the milk continue to heat for 10 to 15 mins until it is reduce to half.
  6. Now add corn starch mix to the milk and keep stirring until the milk thickens and add sugar. Stir it
  7. Turn of the flame and cool down. Now add mango purée and mix well.
  8. Transfer the kulfi mixture to a kulfi moulds and freeze. Until set on top insert the stick and freeze until the kulfi is set.
  9. Kulfi is ready to serve sprinkle some dry fruit
