  1. First boil a milk and add saffron milk,then at low flame reduce it till 1/3 of it.And stirr it in between.Now add sugar and pistachios powder and mix it well.
  2. After cooling down add malai or fresh cream and whisk for 5 minutes to make it creamy.
  3. Now after cooling down completely pour this mixture in an airtight container or kulfi mouldAnd cover it with cling wrap or foil paper so that it touches it. And freeze it for 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Now for faluda,mix cornstarch and water to make a thin liquid.Now take a pan,and pour this mixture in it and cook it till it becomes transparent at low medium flame.
  5. Faluda mixture should be warm for making faluda.Now with a help of chakli maker,make faluda and will directly put all faluda in a chilled iced And let it set for 15 minutes or more in a refrigerator.
  6. Now we will take out our kulfi and scoop out the kulfi in a serving plate,put 1 tbsp gond katira,you can add 1 tbsp of sabja or basil seeds,then add our faluda and pour rose syrup(roohafza) on the top of it and garnish with tutti fruiti (optional).
