Step to make Taro sweet potato balls:

  5. Rub it on the table until it become a smooth dough. Add a bit of water or tapioca starch if it is too dry or too wet.
  6. Cut the dough into 1.5cm dice. Put the dice into tapioca starch to make sure that they wont stick with each other.
  7. Repeat step 2 to 6 for the sweet potatoe
  8. Boil the taro balls for 4 minute Serve with ginger sweet soup or whatever you like.
