The Ingredients need to make Avocado Chutney (South Indian Style):

  2. Prepare 100 g of Onion
  3. You need 100 g of Tomato
  4. It’s 2-4 of Green Chillies
  5. You need 1 of small piece of Ginger
  6. Prepare 2 of Garlic Cloves
  7. It’s 2 teaspoons of Cooking oil
  8. Prepare of Salt
Step to make Avocado Chutney (South Indian Style):
  1. Chop onions, tomatoes, chillies, Ginger and garlic roughly. Add a teaspoon of cooking oil to a hot pan.
  2. Saute onions, chillies and ginger and garlic pieces for about 2 minute Then add the cut tomatoes and saute for about a minute.
  3. Switch the stove off. Scoop the flesh of avacado and cut it into small chunk Mix it to the hot mixture. Let it cool off.
  4. Once the mixture is completely cooled off, put the content into a blender and blend it nicely. Now our creamy avacado chutney is ready.
