The Ingredients need to make Air  Fryer  Poha  Samosa:
  1. You need 1 Cup of Thick Beaten Rice / Poha
  2. You need 2 of Potato (boiled)
  3. You need 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder or as needed
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Roasted cumin powder
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of green chilli and ginger paste
  6. It’s 1 tsp of Mango powder
  7. You need 1 pinch of Asafoetida
  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of Salt
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil
  10. You need of For dough
  11. You need 1 Cup of maida/All purpose flour
  12. You need 1/2 tsp of Ajwain/carom seeds
  13. You need 1/2 tsp of Onion seeds
  14. You need 1 pinch of salt
  15. It’s 2 tbsp of Oil
Step to make Air  Fryer  Poha  Samosa:
  1. Wash Beaten Rice/ Poha and drain it. Wash potatoes and cut in to half and pressure cook for 3 whistle When it is done. Cool it and allow standing time for 2 minute In a bowl add boiled potatoes and mashed it properly.
  2. Then add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, ajwain, mango power, salt, coriander powder, ginger and green chilli paste. Add Poha and mixed properly. If you want to add coriander leaves you can, I am not having coriander leaves so I didnt use it. Once it is done. Keep aside
  3. In a bowl. Combine maida, ajwain seeds, onion seeds, 1 tbsp oil and salt.Mix…properly. Then add enough water and knead a medium dough. Stuff the mixture into the balls and roll it like a thick chapati. Take a samosa mould keep the poha mixture in the centre portion of the chapati and pressed gently. Open the mould and take out the smaosa from the mould. Keep aside.
  4. Mean while preheat Air fryer for 180 the C for 5 minute After 5 minutes cool it and take out the basket from Air fryer. Brush oil in the basket and keep the samosa batch wise. Dont over crowd it. Bake for 5 to 10 minute Check in between. If it is done.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and Ready to serve with Sweet and Sour Tamarind chutney
