The Ingredients needed to make Choco-Cashew Nankhathai (Airfryer Recipe):
- You need 1 cup of ghee
- It’s 1 cup of sugar powder
- It’s 1 cup of maida
- It’s 1 cup of rava (thin variety)
- You need 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- It’s as required of Finely chopped cashew nuts pieces
Step to make Choco-Cashew Nankhathai (Airfryer Recipe):
- In mixing bowl add ghee,beat it till fluffy. Add sugar powder again best till fluffy.
- Add maida,rava and cocoa powder.. mix well and make soft dough.
- Make small gently flatten shape ball Press few cashewnuts pieces on it as shown.
- Preheat Airfryer for 5 minutes on 180 temperature. Place prepared Nankhathai balls in it. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 temperature.
- Cool and Store in Airtight Jar.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Choco-Cashew Nankhathai.
