  5. You need 2 of big size onions
  6. Prepare to taste of salt
  7. Prepare 2 cubes of royco seasoning
  8. It’s 1 of cooking spoon palm oil
  9. You need 3 of milk cup edible starch

Starch and banga is majorly enjoyed with catfish or fresh fish. You can serve with boiled white rice or starch (as in Delta style). Cooking tips for anyone who uses canned palm fruits concentrate. When the fish and beef are cooked, add the palm fruit concentrate and water and cook to desired consistency.

Step to make Starch with banga soup:
  1. Boil palm fruits till it becomes tender.

  7. Continue to stir until search becomes solid.
  8. Remove from fire and your starch (swallow) is ready.
