The Ingredients need to make Instant multi grain dosa:
  1. You need 3/4 of th cup Idli Rice
  2. It’s 1/4 of th cup Raw Rice
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of Pigeon Pea
  4. It’s 2 tbsp of Bengal Gram
  5. You need 2 tbsp of Green Gram
  6. Prepare 1 of medium onion
  7. Prepare 3-4 of shallots (optional)
  8. You need 1 of Dry red chilli
  9. You need 2 of Green Chillies
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of Black Pepper
  12. You need leaves of as required coriander
  13. You need leaves of as required curry
  14. Prepare of As per taste Salt

Step to make Instant multi grain dosa:
  1. Wash, clean and soak the rice and lentils for 2-4 hour
