The Ingredients needed to make Coffee Jelly Parfait:
- You need of Coffee Jelly
- Prepare 600 g of Strong Hot Coffee
- It’s 15 g of Gelatin Powder
- You need 45 g of Cold Water
- You need of Whipped Chocolate Cream
- You need 25 g of Chocolate Sauce
- You need 50 g of Cream
- It’s of Whipped Cream
- It’s 100 g of Cream
- Prepare 15 g of Sugar
- Prepare 50 g of Iced Coffee
- You need of Chocolate Cereal
- Prepare of Vanilla Ice cream
Step to make Coffee Jelly Parfait:
- Coffee Jelly
- Prepare a square cake pan or casserole dish.
- Pour the cold water into the gelatin powder and stir well. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
- Brew the hot coffee. You can make it quite thick to get a stronger coffee flavour.
- Add the sugar to the hot coffee and stir.
- Microwave the gelatin mixture to melt. Pour the melted gelatin into the hot coffee solution and stir well.
- Pour the coffee solution into the cake pan and keep in the fridge until solid.
- Cut into cube
- Whipped Chocolate Cream
- Pour the chocolate sauce into the cream and whip until stiff.
- Whipped Cream
- Add the sugar to the cream and whip until stiff.
- Assembly
- Prepare a beer glass or any larger, preferably tall, glas
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the glas
- Add the cubed coffee jelly.
- Pour the iced coffee over the jelly cube
- Use a piping bag to cover the jelly cubes with the whipped cream.
- Use a piping bag to add a layer of the whipped chocolate cream.
- Add some chocolate cereal.
- Add another layer of whipped cream.
- Add some coffee jelly cubes on top and decorate as you like.
