The Ingredients need to make Warming Ginger and Japanese Leek Soup:
- It’s 1 of thumb Ginger
- Prepare 1/2 stalk of Japanese leek
- You need 1 tbsp of Sesame oil
- It’s 400 ml of Water
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of Japanese dashi powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Sake
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Salt
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Soy sauce
- Prepare 1 dash of Black pepper
- You need 1 of Ichimi spice
Step to make Warming Ginger and Japanese Leek Soup:
- Julienne the ginger and Japanese leek into a length of 4 cm.
- Add sesame oil and ginger into a pot, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the leek, and mix well.
- Add water, dashi powder, sake, and salt. When the soup starts to boil, turn down the heat. Add soy sauce and black pepper to adjust the taste.
- Sprinkle ichimi spice if you like.
