The Ingredients need to make Microwave Khandvi:
  1. Prepare of Batter
  2. It’s 1 cup of gram flour (besan)
  3. You need 1 cup of yogurt
  4. You need 2 cups of water
  5. It’s of Salt, Turmeric powder
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of oil
  7. Prepare of Tempering
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil
  9. It’s of Curry-leaves
  10. Prepare of Hing
  11. Prepare of Mustard seeds
  12. You need of Sesame seeds
  13. Prepare 2 of green chillies
  14. Prepare of Chopped coriander
  15. You need of Shredded coconut
Step to make Microwave Khandvi:
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the besan, yogurt and Add salt, turmeric and oil.
  2. Microwave this mixture for 2 min Stir it well so that no lumps remain.
  3. Repeat step 2 for 2 more times and finally microwave the mixture for 1 minute and then stir. Total microwave time here is 7 minute
  4. Immediately spread the microwave prepared batter on a parchment paper.
  5. Once cooled completely, divide it vertically and start rolling.
  6. Meanwhile, heat oil for tempering. Add mustard seeds, hing, sesame seeds, green chillies and curry leave
  7. Pour the tempering on top of the rolled khandvi.
  8. Finally garnish with some chopped coriander and shredded coconut.
