The Ingredients needed to make Japanese Ramen:
  1. Prepare of Small pork tenderloin
  2. Prepare 32 oz. of Good beef bone broth
  3. You need 4 of soft boiled eggs
  4. It’s 1 of cn of Bamboo shoots
  5. You need 4 sheets of nori
  6. It’s of Shitake or large white mushrooms
  7. Prepare 1 of leek
  8. It’s of Japanese style frozen noodles
  9. Prepare 1/4 c. of rice wine vinegar
  10. You need 1/4 c. of Soy sauce
  11. Prepare to taste of Salt and white pepper
Step to make Japanese Ramen:
  1. Bake tenderloin at 375 for 30 minutes seasoned with salt and pepper. Let cool and cut into 1inch thick slice
  2. Heat bone broth on medium heat and add soy, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Slice mushrooms then saute for 4 minutes in a tsp of soy and evoo each and set aside.
  4. Soft boil eggs for 7 minute Shock in ice bath, peel and set aside.
  5. Slice leeks thinly then slice bamboo shoots long ways like blades of grass very thinly and set aside.
  6. Bring broth to a boil and boil noodles for 3 to 4 minutes in broth.
  7. Now plate! Add noodles to bowl and add broth. Place bamboo, leeks, mushrooms and tenderloin in bowl. Cut egg in half and place along with a sheet of nori. Enjoy!
