The Ingredients need to make Multigrain Choco Cereal | Choco Flakes | bake without oven:

1. Prepare of Liquid mix
2. You need 1/4 cup of milk
3. It’s 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
4. Prepare Pinch of baking soda
5. You need 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
6. You need 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
7. It’s of Dry mix
8. Prepare 1/2 cup of Wheat flour/gehun atta
9. Prepare 2 tablespoons of Amaranth flour/rajgira atta
10. It’s 2 tablespoons of Oats powder
11. Prepare 2 tablespoons of rice flour/chawal atta
12. You need 2 tablespoons of corn meal/makkai atta
13. You need 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
14. Prepare 2-3 teaspoon of cold salted butter
15. You need 2-3 spoons of milk
16. Prepare of Stove oven setup
17. You need 2 cups of salt

6. Add extra milk only, 1 teaspoon at a time if needed. Bring together everything without kneading much.
7. Grease a baking pizza plate or any tray that fits in your kadhai.
8. Wet your palm and Make small ball Press them and make small cup like dent. Make them as thin as possible.
9. Arrange the prepared choco discs a little apart from each other.
10. In the kadhia add 2 cups salt and spread evenly, place a stand that is heat resistant. Keep this setup on low flame. Cover and preheat for 5-7 minute
11. If using oven, preheat @160°C.
12. Place the prepared plate inside the setup. Cover and bake on low flame. If required flip the flakes after 5-7 minute
13. Bake for 10-12 minute They will turn crunchy once cooled.
14. Cool and serve with milk or as a snack
