The Ingredients need to make Paneer Mexican Poppers:
- Prepare 1/2 cup of boiled rajma
- You need 2 of raw bananas boiled mashed
- Prepare 2 of potatoes, boiled mashed
- You need 1/4 cup of boiled corn
- It’s As required of finely chopped red, yellow and green bell pepper
- It’s as required of purple cabbage
- Prepare handful of mint leaves /basil leaves
- You need handful of Coriander leaves
- You need 1 tsp of oregano
- You need 1 tsp of chilli flakes
- It’s 1 tsp of red chilli powder
- It’s 1 tsp of chili sauce
- Prepare 1/4 tsp. of Pepper powder
- You need as per requirement of Bread crumbs
- You need to taste of Salt
- Prepare For of filling
- It’s 300 gms of grated paneer
- It’s 1 tsp of Pepper powder
- It’s 1 tsp of mint leaves
- You need to taste of Salt
- It’s as required of Oil to shallow fry
Step to make Paneer Mexican Poppers:
- In a bowl, add boiled semi smashed rajma, boiled mashed banana/ potatoes, boiled corn, purple cabbage, mint leaves, Coriander leaves, oregano,chilli flakes, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt mix it very gently. Add bread crumbs as per requirement for binding crispines Divide into equal parts and make balls keep it aside.
- For filling In a pan add grated paneer,pepper powder,salt mint leaves and mix it very gently and make small balls keep them aside.
- Now spread one rajma ball in a palm put a paneer ball on it cover it give nice round shape roll it in bread crumbs to make it crispy. make all balls same way.
- Shallow fry all these balls in a appe pan till they becomes golden brown and crispy.our maxican poppers r ready.Serve it with any dip.
