  10. You need 3 of eggs
  11. Prepare 1/4 cup of green bell pepper
  12. It’s 5 of fresh pepper

Know what type of rice to use. Chang starts with long-grain jasmine rice. It can be any kind of rice, but I prefer jasmine because its what I grew. To cook in a wok on a gas burner: Preheat a wok over high heat until lightly smoking. If cooking on a powerful outdoor wok burner, reduce heat to minimum.

Step to make Chinese Fried Rice:
  1. Per boil chicken breast, spice with salt, stock cube, pepper and onions
  2. Break eggs into a bowl, whisk properly; heat up frying pan and add a table spoon of vegetable oil and fry eggs scrambled and set aside
  3. Blend pepper and half of the onions, dice the remaining onions and bell pepper
  4. Heat up frying pan or pot, add vegetable oil, once its hot fry chicken once its brown, add onions stir for about 2 mins add the blended pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worchester sauce, salt, stock cube and stir
  5. Stir in precooked rice and add the scrambled eggs, stir continuously for another 3 mins finally add green bell pepper stir and turn off heat immediately.

If using a standard Western burner, keep heat on high throughout cooking. Chinese fried rice includes chopped spring onions sprinkled on top, whilst Thai fried rice may prefer basil. This Quinoa Fried Rice or even this Cauliflower Fried Rice are both healthier ways to make fried rice. Quinoa and cauliflower fried rice are perfect for making the dish low carb. You will get that same authentic and delicious Chinese flavor.
