  7. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well coating all the rice…let it cook for 1-2min then take off heat
  8. You can eat it like that or serve with stew… I served with beef stew and avocado

If using a standard Western burner, keep heat on high throughout cooking. Chinese fried rice includes chopped spring onions sprinkled on top, whilst Thai fried rice may prefer basil.
