Step to make Dried prawn chutney:
  1. Dry roast the dried prawns for few second Add little water and wash the prawns and keep it aside.
  2. In a blender, add 6 red chillies
  3. And 4-5 garlic cloves
  4. Add small lemon size Tamarind. Add salt as required.
  5. Add little water and blend into nice paste
  6. Add I cup of grated Coconut and grind coarsely.
  7. Until this consistency.
  8. In a pan, add oil and mustard seed
  9. Then add crushed garlic and curry leaves to it.
  10. Add the grinded paste into it.saute it well for 2 min
  11. Add the washed prawns and saute well
  12. Here… It is ready to serve hot..
  13. Note Add few dried prawns while grinding the spicy paste.
  14. Try to use coconut oil for better taste.
