The Ingredients need to make PRAWN TIKKA SIKH KABAB/ Delicious Grilled Prawns/PRAWN skewers:
- You need 1 tsp of Tikka Sikh Kebab Masala
- You need 1 tsp of Tanduri Masala
- It’s 1 cup of hungcurd
- It’s 300 gms of prawns(deveined cleaned)
- Prepare 2 of tomatoes (cuts in square shape)
- It’s 2 of onions (cuts in square shape)
- Prepare 2 of Green Capsicum(cuts in square shape)
- It’s 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Chana Chatu or Sattu powder
- It’s 1 tsp of ginger,garlic paste
- It’s 1 tsp of black pepper powder
- Prepare 2,3 drops of metha atter
- Prepare to taste of Salt
- Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice
- It’s 1 tbsp of white oil
Step to make PRAWN TIKKA SIKH KABAB/ Delicious Grilled Prawns/PRAWN skewers:
- First marinate the prawns with lemon juice.Then marinate the prawns with 1 cup hungcurd,Tanduri masala,1tsp tikka Seekh Kebab Masala,1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder,2,3 drops metha atter,pepper,1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp Chat powder,salt,onions,tomatoes,capsicum(cuts in square shape) for 1 hour.
- Then brush oil on grill pan.Then insert the marinate prawns,square onions,tomatoes,capsicum into the Sikh sticks moistened with oil keep these in grill pan in low red flame for 5 to 10 mint
- After one side is cooked revolve the Sikh sticks to the other side.
- Brush the Sikh Kebabs with fried butter garlic butter Sikh kebab masala.
- Serve it with tomato sauce mayonnaise.
