The Ingredients need to make Prawn Penne:
  1. You need 1 pack of Penne pasta
  2. It’s 1 pack of frozen prawns (fresh can also work)
  3. You need 2 of fresh tomatoes
  4. Prepare 2 of small brown onions
  5. It’s 2 of garlic small pieces (not a full garlic clove)
  6. You need 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  7. You need 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  8. You need 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  9. You need of Salt
  10. You need of Black pepper (optional)
  11. You need of Oregano (optional)
Step to make Prawn Penne:
  1. Boil a pot of water for the pasta. While the water boils, start cutting the tomatoes and onions into tiny piece Pound the garlic pieces until they become paste-like.
  2. Add the pasta into the boiling
  3. Add the olive oil into a new pot then add the prawns (without the tails) into the pot. Cook until golden. (If the prawns are fresh and not frozen, it is best to boil them before slightly frying them).
  4. Add the shredded vegetables and the garlic to the prawn (Make sure to not burn them, they shouldnt even look golden)
  5. At this point, the pasta should already be cooked, so remove the pasta and throw away the
  6. Once the veggies are cooked enough, add the tomato paste and ketchup to the mix. Then add salt.
  7. Add the cooked pasta (without the water) into the tomato paste mixture. Let it cook for about 7 minute
  8. The dish is now ready.
  9. You can add oregano to the surface of the dish before serving.
  10. Then… enjoy😉
