  9. Add a little of the sieved gizzard stock at this time and stir for a while.
  10. Taste for salt. Add both gizzard and plantains at this time and fry together. Then add the bell peppers (I added it last so it doesnโ€™t get โ€œsoggyโ€ or overcooked) stir fry all together. And let steam for about 5 minute
