  4. Prepare of Scotch bonnet pepper(/roughly blended)
  5. It’s 70 g of tin tomatoes
  6. Prepare Half of bulb of onion
  7. It’s 2 of stock cube
  8. You need of Vegetable oil frying the plantain
  9. You need to taste of Salt

Step to make Plantain and gizard kebab:
  1. Peel and cut your plantain into rounds then fry, put into a sieve to drain then prepare your sauce for gizzard.
  2. Heat up the half cup if vegetable oil in a sauce, add diced onion then saute.
  3. Next, mix the tin tomatoes with water then pour into the oil and fry till dry, at this point, add the pepper and fry for three minutes
  4. Season with stock cube then fry till dry
  5. Next, pour the boiled gizzard into a the sauce then start to stir on low heat. Cover to simmer for five minutes on low heat, then increase the heat and stir continuously for two minutes then put off the heat.
  6. Lastly, arrange the fried plantain and gizzard in a kebab stick.
