The Ingredients needed to make Prawn Karahi:
- Prepare of Prawns half kg
- It’s of Garlic 1 tbsp chopped
- Prepare of Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
- It’s of Green chilles 4 slit into halves
- You need of Tomatoes 3 remove skin and chop
- It’s 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Haldi
- You need 1 tbsp of Roasted Zeera powder
- You need 1 tbsp of Salt
- Prepare 1 tsp of Crushed red chilli
- You need 1/2 tsp of Kasuri methi
- You need 1 tbsp of Lemon juice
- Prepare of Oil 1 tbsp+1/4 cup
- Prepare of Hara Dhania for garnish
Step to make Prawn Karahi:
- Wash and clean prawns now heat 1 tbsp oil add prawns and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat not more than that. Take them out and keep aside
- Now and same wok heat remaining 1/4cup oil add chopped ginger garlic fry then add green chilies fry one min then add red chilli powder, zeera powder, haldi, salt, crushed red chillis add little water and bhunofy.
- Now add chopped tomatoes cover and cook until tomatoes get soft and oil seperates
- Now add prawns and cook 5 to 7 mins on medium heat not more than that otherwise prawns will become rubbery.Add lemon juice and kasuri methi Remove from heat garnish and serve hot with naan
