The Ingredients need to make Versace tatashi sauce!:
  1. You need of Tatashi (Red bell pepper)
  2. Prepare of Scotch bonnet pepper
  3. You need of Red pepper
  4. You need of Green pepper
  5. It’s of white pepper (optional)
  6. Prepare of Fresh tomatoes
  7. Prepare of Fresh tomatoe and ginger paste
  8. Prepare of Tomato puree
  9. Prepare of Ponmo
  10. Prepare of Gizzard (optional)
  11. Prepare of Chicken (any part of the chicken)
  12. You need of Mangala fish
  13. Prepare of Egg
  14. You need of Garlic
  15. You need of Onions
  16. You need of Curry
  17. Prepare of Green
  18. You need of Vegetable oil
  19. It’s of Curry powder
  20. It’s of Seasoning
  21. Prepare of salt
  22. You need of 😋
Step to make Versace tatashi sauce!:
  1. Wash the chicken and gizzard, season It well with Rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, seasoning cubes and par boil it. Then separate the chicken from the broth, drain it and fry afterward
  2. Wash ur tatashi and green pepper remove the seeds wash it properly and drain like this
  3. Wash the red pepper, onions, fresh tomatoes and scotch bonnet and drain.
  4. Then slice the tatashi, green pepper, fresh tomatoes, scotch bonnet, fresh red pepper, and onions, and set aside like thi
  5. Cook soft ur ponmo and cut into piece Also cut ur gizzard same way (If you are using gizzard)
  6. Beat the egg in a bowl add pinch of salt. Rub/grease 2 moi moi plate with butter transfer the egg to the greased plates or nylon and cook like moi moi until solid. (I used 5 egg).
  7. When the egg is done allow it to cool off then cute into cubes like this
