Tossed with Onions, Green bell peppers, and Yellow bell peppers and Orange bell pepper If you dont like Red bell peppers and Green peppers, you can toss it in whatever vegetable Dodo gizzard is simply a combination of dodo and gizzard in tasty, flavorful tomato sauce. This can be served as a side dish to jollof rice, fried rice, and other dishes or eaten as a meal on its own.

Step to make White rice with Gizzard dodo:

1. Wash and perboil rice. Wash and boil with hot water until the rice is tender.

7. Taste and balance the ingredients and serve
