The Ingredients needed to make Easy Marble Sponge Cake in the Microwave with Pancake Mix:

1. It’s 100 grams of Pancake mix
2. You need 15 grams of Processed cocoa
3. It’s 90 ml of Milk
4. Prepare 20 grams of Sugar
5. Prepare 1 tsp of Olive oil
6. You need 15 grams of Your favourite chocolate

Step to make Easy Marble Sponge Cake in the Microwave with Pancake Mix:

1. Mix the milk and sugar together in a bowl. Then add the pancake mix, and mix in well with a whisk.
2. Transfer half of the mixture to a separate bowl and mix it together with the cocoa powder.
3. You can add some chopped up chocolate into the bowl from Step 2 if youd like as well. (I used 10 g). Add half of the olive oil into each bowl and mix it in well.
4. Once youve added the batter from Step 1 to the silicon steamer, pour the batter from Step 3 over the top and use a rubber spatula to create a swirl pattern.
5. Put the cake in the microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W and leave it to steam for a further 3 minute Then its ready!
