The Ingredients need to make Bonito Flake Rice Ball Bento:
  1. You need 360 ml of Freshly cooked white rice
  2. It’s 1 tsp of Salted kombu tea (not kombucha)
  3. It’s 2 tsp of Soy sauce
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of Toasted white sesame seeds
  5. It’s 3 grams of Bonito flakes
  6. You need 4 of sheets Nori seaweed
Step to make Bonito Flake Rice Ball Bento:
  1. Quickly mix the freshly cooked rice with kombu tea, toasted white sesame seeds, and bonito flake
  2. Divide into 8 portions, wrap with plastic wrap, then make triangle-shaped rice ball If you squeeze too much, you will mash the rice, so its ok if the rice doesnt stick together.
  3. Cut the nori seaweed sheets into 2 pieces to make triangle
  4. Put a desiccant and the nori seaweed in a ziplock bag, and pack the rice balls separately. The bento is done!
  5. Wrap the rice balls with nori seaweed right before eating. You can enjoy the crunchy nori seaweed.
