- It’s 80 ml of Milk
- Prepare 80 grams of Butter (or margarine)
Step to make Chestnut Cake With Pancake Mix:
- Line a pound cake pan with parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 170℃. Mash 100 g of the chestnuts using a fork.
- Put the butter or margarine (brought to room temperature in advance) in a bowl, and cream it.
- Mix in the sugar and add the beaten egg in 2-3 batche Mix well after each addition.
