3. You need 1 lb of Walnuts
4. Prepare of Glaze
5. You need 1 cup of Honey
6. You need 1 cup of Melted butter or margarine
7. It’s 1 tbsp of Rum extract
8. Prepare 1 tsp of brandy extract
9. It’s 2 tsp of cinnamon
10. It’s 1 1/2 tbsp of Ground ginger
11. Prepare 2 tsp of cardamom
12. It’s 1 1/2 tsp of Nutmeg
13. Prepare 1 tsp of cloves
14. It’s 2 tsp of Apple pie spice or pumpkin pie spice

1. Steam the carrots
